Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray filed a formal complaint against the alleged uploader of her fake nude photos on social media at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Tuesday. On Monday, the Cyber Security Philippines (CERT) warned the public against alleged scandal video links of Clint Bondad, Sam Milby and Catriona Gray surfacing online.
