Last Friday night, October 4, playwright Floy Quintos shared that the veteran actor was “surrounded by his family and friends” when he passed. “We thank you for your prayers. Miss Earth, the environmental-themed beauty pageant, kicked off on October 2 at the Diamond Hotel. Nearly 90 percent of the Star City amusement park was razed yesterday, October 2. According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), at least 19 firetruck crews were at the scene but the fire raged on for over 14 hours. The crew was able to put the flames out at 2 pm.  City fire marshal Paul Pili disclosed that a full-blown investigation will start today.
