Now Kapuso, Kim Atienza has received the warmest welcome from Dingdong Dantes.
In a social media post, the Kapuso star expressed how much he values the broadcast journalist.
“Not many may know this, but I have always given so much value and importance to the many occasions where @kuyakim_atienza wholeheartedly welcomed me into communities that have changed my life – from running, to our love for motorcycles and even spirituality,” he wrote.
Dingdong then shared how Kuya Kim, as he is fondly known by the public, has never been selfish with sharing trivia, his passions and opinions on what is right.
“Kaya naman ang tawag ko sa kaniya ay KUYA, hindi dahil ‘yan ang screen name niya, kundi ‘yan ang tingin ko sa kaniya – isang nakakatandang kapatid,” he explained.
Along with his short appreciation post, the actor welcomed Kuya Kim to his home for the past decades.
He ended: “Kaya Kuya, kumpadre, welcome! Ngayon, matatawag na rin kitang KAPUSO.”
The television host and weatherman left his home network of 17 years ABS-CBN to transfer to GMA Network just last week.
