In a forwarded text by Sandro Muhlach to his network, GMA, the actor revealed that although he is not “okay” at the moment, he is determined to push through with the case involving two “independent contractors” of the said network.
“Hindi po ako OK pero kakayanin ko po,” Sandro told GMA Integrated News.
This follows his official complaint filed with the National Bureau of Investigation against Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz. The complaint comes after rumors spread online about the alleged violation of an actor’s son by two men, according to GMA.
The Sparkle artist was accompanied by his father, Niño Muhlach, in filing the complaint.
Additionally, the Kapuso network revealed in a statement that Niño will officially address the controversy after filing the criminal complaint, stating, “Tinatapos lang po namin i-file criminal case then I’ll talk.”
Meanwhile, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, the legal counsel for Nones and Cruz, issued a statement saying, “Our clients are deeply saddened by the serious allegations hurled against them circulating on social media. And though these allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event, we would like to reserve the right to respond in a proper forum when we receive a copy of the formal complaint.”
The controversy became public after a series of blind items online and Niño Muhlach’s cryptic posts.
