After one of Daniel Padilla’s sports cars was sold to a Pampanga-based buyer, a post allegedly selling Daniel and his mom Karla Estrada’s two-story home in Quezon City has been circulating online.
The latest episode of talent manager Ogie Diaz’s Showbiz Update discussed rumors about the actor’s house being put up for sale on a real estate page on Instagram.
According to the IG post, the “Elegant Owner’s Built House” located near Commonwealth, QC comes at a price of P50 million. The house is situated on a 500-square meter lot, has six bedrooms, and a spacious garage that can fit five to six vehicles.
Daniel and his family still appeared to have celebrated the holidays at the residence, as shared by the celebrity mom on her verified Instagram account.
According to a 2015 article in the real estate magazine Real Living, the house was said to be “a significant property” to Daniel as it is one of his first investments from his showbiz career at the age of 19.
The property is also special for his mother as the house is the “first place that she can call her own after renting many different homes for 25 years”.
“I’m sure iisipin ng mga tao, ‘San na sila titira? Naghihirap na ba ang pamilya ni Daniel Padilla kaya nagbebenta ng bahay?’ Alam niyo, ang importante ay may ibebenta,” Ogie remarked in his vlog.
“Ang alam ko kasi, parang ang gusto ni Karla ay ibenta na ‘yung bahay kasi gusto na niyang lumipat sa bandang south,” he added, mentioning that the TV host-actress might have plans to look for a new environment or a bigger place for her extended family.
“Alam mo swerte sila pag nabenta nila ng P50M yan. Kasi meron tayon tinatawag na provenance, yung history ng property,” commented Diaz.
It can be recalled that Daniel has recently listed one of his sports cars for sale through a trusted car dealership, F2A Cars. A few days later, the luxury vehicle was sold to a buyer based in Pampanga after being put up for sale for P6.5 million.
