South Korean star Hyun Bin is the latest celebrity who will be immortalized in wax by Madame Tussauds.
On Friday, Madame Tussauds released a video of the Crash Landing On You star announcing that he will soon have his replica in the wax museum.
“I;m very honored to join the Madame Tussauds family and my wax figure will be touring around Asia.
“Wonder what my pose will be and where will be the first launch location?,” said Hyun Bin in the video.
Vast Entertainment, Hyun Bin’s management agency meanwhile, shared a photo of Hyun Bin holding a fake eyeball which will be presumably used in his wax figure.
Hyun Bin’s sculpture will be displayed in Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
“The Korean market will be one of our strongest markets and have always been very important to our attractions in Asia,” Mei Chion Lim, Madame Tussauds’ regional marketing director for Rest of Asia,was quoted saying in a statement. ‘’
Hyun Bin is set to join other Korean stars Lee Jongsuk, Suzy, and Lee Mino, among others, who have their life-like wax figures in Madame Tussauds.
Meanwhile, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, and boxing champ Manny Pacquiao are the Filipino celebrities who have their doubles at the popular wax museum.
