Showbiz newbie Arabella del Rosario has admitted being in a relationship with Jimuel Pacquiao, the eldest son of boxing icon and senator Manny Pacquiao.
The 20-year-old made the reveal in an interview with ABS-CBN’s Push by simply stating, “Opo, girlfriend niya po ako.”
This came months after she and Jimuel first stirred dating speculations after posting photos of each other on their respective Twitter accounts in December 2020.
“Okay naman po kasi si Jimuel is very, very humble,” Arabella shared when asked how it feels to be dating a high-profile personality.
“He doesn’t think of that way talaga po, na high-profile siya kasi anak siya ng boxing champion,” she was quoted as saying in the interview.
“Wala akong masabi talaga, promise po. He does not think of it at all. Para lang siyang normal na individual.”
Prior to the confirmation, Jimuel has not been shy to show appreciation for his girlfriend on social media.
Both Arabella and Jimuel’s showbiz careers are handled by the Kapamilya talent management arm Star Magic.
Arabella was launched as part of the Star Magic Circle in 2019, while Jimuel was recently introduced as a member of the the expanded version of Gold Squad — The Squad Plus.
