Alex Gonzaga opened up on how’s life so far as new wife to Mikee Morada.
Besides revealing that they tied the knot in November 2020 in her latest vlog, the TV host/vlogger also talked about her newly-wedded bliss with the Lipa City councilor.
According to the TV5’s Lunch Out Loud host, the intimate at-home wedding attended only by immediate family members and held at the Gonzaga residence in Taytay was to honor their parents.
On a more serious note, she explained that even if they’re of age, they still took into consideration parental request.
Mikee, on the other hand, said that he’s happy to be looking after a wife.
Meanwhile, the couple revealed that they have a unique setup as of the moment.
Lipa, Taytay together, LT – laugh trip (laughs),” Alex said.
“But yes, we’re married and very happy. Grabe to matulog, laging nakadagan sa akin. Gusto niya laging naka-double deck kami,” she jokingly shared.
They also exchanged vows before netizens who have witnessed their love story through Alex’s vlog. The actress said that they were already one year into their relationship when she did her very first vlog.
Alex said, “I vow to give you medicine every day before your vitamins. And I vow to be the best wife that I can be and lastly, I vow to always delete your Call of Duty apps.”
Mikee said, “I vow to take care of you always, and siempre to always keep you happy, to come home to you, pick you up from work as much as I can, to (tap the back) pag kinakabag, and to love you all the time.”
The couple said they’re planning for a bigger wedding this year with more family members and friends in attendance.
Meanwhile, the wedding reveal became a hit among netizens. Alex’s “We are married” Instagram post garnered over a million likes within hours, while her vlog continues to be the No. 1 trending video on YouTube.
