After four months of being inactive on Instagram, Clint Bondad has broken his social media hiatus with a photo of the result of his quarantine — a full-grown beard and an even more toned physique.
“Cracked the home quarantine workout code ??. COVID-19 ain’t stopping this Spartan King,” the Fil-German actor and model wrote in the caption for his mirror selfie on Instagram.
He also teased fans and followers that he will be sharing his workout regimen in the future.
“Soon I will come out with the easiest fitness plan that the fitness industry has EVER seen! I’ll teach you gals and guys the step by step process of how to simplify this whole paradox of fitness,” he said.
Last May, Clint made it to Twitter’s top trending topics after a poser with his name posted “hints of regrets” following Sam Milby’s announcement that he is in a relationship with Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.
Clint was in a relationship with Catriona for more than six years before they called it quits. Netizens have since been intrigued as to why Clint still keeps photos of Catriona on his Instagram.
