Neri Naig is investing in herself with knowledge. The actress took to social media to happily share that she was accepted into Ivy League school Harvard Business School’s online course.
On her Instagram, she happily shared a screenshot of her course verification form.
“I am happppppy! Sobraaaa! Nakakaproud dahil kapag may ginusto ako, gumagawa talaga ako ng paraan. Walang excuses dapat. Paano ko malalaman kung para sa akin kung hindi ko susubukan, di ba,” she said.
She continued on to tell her followers that they should make an effort to learn something new everyday.
“Everyday dapat naghahanap tayo ng mga paraan para mas matuto pa. Mag invest ka sa sarili mo. Tandaan, hindi pa huli ang lahat. Kahit anong edad mo pa,” she ended.
In another post, Neri updated her followers that she has just finished another class for a different online course.
“Aral lang ng aral habang maraming time. At pagtrabahuan ang tuition. Mag online selling at siguradong makapag ipon ka pang aral. Mag invest ka para sa sarili mo,” she said.
Neri is not the only celebrity who has turned to online learning, beauty queen and former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Vickie Rushton is keeping busy with the Technical Education and Skills Department Authority’s (TESDA) online programs.
Veteran singer Zsa Zsa Padilla has also used her free time to study up on organic farming so that she could practice what she learned for Esperanza Farms, her farm in Lucban, Quezon.
