Pokwang admitted getting hurt over the allegations thrown against her former partner, American actor Lee O’Brian, following their breakup.
The actress-comedienne opened up about her split with Lee in an interview with 24 Oras’ Nelson Canlas, making clear the reason they called it quits.
“Una sa lahat walang third party, wala in all fairness kay Papang. Siguro napagod lang kami,” said Pokwang.
Pokwang also explained why she chose to keep their relationship status private even after getting separated in November 2021.
Pokwang became emotional as she defended Lee from netizens’ accusations after they parted ways.
In a Youtube vlog released on July 8, host and talent manager Ogie Diaz revealed that Pokwang and Lee already separated but parted on good terms.
Pokwang later confirmed in an Instagram that she Lee did break up for seven months already but ended their relationship “peacefully” and are co-parenting their daughter Malia.
The two were together for almost seven years, after going public with their romance in January 2015.
