And because Filipinos are “matataba ang utak”, some college students and employees had a play at the biennial sports event’s official slogan #WeWinAsOne.
The hashtag #WeSwimAsOne trended on Twitter Tuesday morning because of some silly, witty tweets coming from college students and employees who voiced out their feelings about the suspension of work and classes due to Typhoon Tisoy.
