NEW:ID is a five-member Filipino boy group under MLD Entertainment, consisting of Wilson (23, Performance Leader & Vocalist), Macky (23, Visual & Vocalist), L (22, Main Vocalist), Thad (21, Leader & Rapper), and Jom (19, Main Rapper & Dancer). Coming from a survival show, their individual journeys were far from easy, but today, they are steadily achieving their dreams and making the most of the opportunities given to them. These five young, talented gentlemen are ready to take the stage and capture the hearts of fans everywhere.
Since their debut on July 25, 2024 after their stint in ABS-CBN’s survival show “Dream Maker,” the group has released four songs: “Ghost” (their debut single), “E.R,” “Deja Vu,” and “The Day We Meet Again.” Their recent win as “New Artist of the Year” at the 9th P-POP Music Awards is just the beginning of what promises to be an incredible journey.
Beyond awards, New:ID has been actively engaging with fans through mall shows, fan events, TV guestings, and more, allowing them to showcase their talents and connect with their ever-growing fandom, NewDAYs. Their impact extends beyond their dedicated fanbase, as their charisma and electrifying stage presence continue to draw in new admirers.
With the overwhelming love and support they receive—and wholeheartedly give back—these boys are bound for even greater heights. As New:ID always says at the end of their speeches, “Once again, this has been NEW:ID! Maraming salamat po!” And without a doubt, NewDAYs would say the same in return, thanking them for being an inspiration in their lives.
As a proud NewDAY myself, I truly admire their hard work, dedication, and the genuine love they show to their fans. This is only the beginning for New:ID, and the future looks incredibly bright!
