“Talk about new norm!”
Celebrity couple Doug and Chesca Kramer took their kids and relatives for a vacation in Boracay.
In his Instagram post, the former basketball player shared that it took lots of precautions to take all 31 of them to be able to travel with their kids.
Based on their photos, it seems like Team Kramer even used an airplane all for themselves just to be able to travel again.
“This will be our first vacation amidst the pandemic. But we’ll be glad to help an industry that’s been struggling nowadays,” he said referring to the country’s tourism industry which was greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
He then shared that it is possible to travel with kids so long as they are responsible with sanitization. Doug also mentioned that they all had negative swab results.
In another post, he said that they are finally back in their “other home” after seven months of lockdown.
It looks like the trip is also a celebration of Chesca and Doug’s anniversary as a couple.
In a post last month, Doug recalled meeting Chesca in Boracay in 2003 and how they have since returned to “where it all started” every year.
Meanwhile, the island of Boracay opened its doors to tourists once again on October 1. The principals of the Boracay Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF) required a negative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-CPR) result 48 to 72 hours prior to travelling to the island destination.
