KC Concepcion made her mother Sharon Cuneta’s birthday very special with a surprise of her own.
On Instagram, the happy mommy shared that her eldest daughter flew all the way from Palawan to the island where she and the rest of the family are to celebrate her big day.
In the photo, the mother and daughter smile from ear to ear as they share an embrace.
“KC flew back to Manila from Palawan with our dear friend Tim Yap today to take another flight to the island where I and the rest of the family are!
“She brought me our favorite Strawberry Shortcake and Tim brought me beautiful flowers! What a sweet surprise,” she wrote
Based on KC’s post, she took a chartered plane to the exclusive luxury resort Amanpulo in Cuyo Island, which is still under the province of Palawan.
On the veteran singer-actress’ 55th birthday, KC greeted her mom, addressing her as “la Reina.”
“Today is the day that outshines any other day of the year! Happy birthday and fabulous 55th to la Reina. Te quiero muchisimo,” she wrote.
