Nothing can stop them from becoming Mr. and Mrs. Gutz!
Richard Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati pushed through with their March 14 wedding but opted for an intimate ceremony with only family members in attendance.
“I have you. And it’s enough. It’s everything,” the couple announced their civil wedding at a five-star hotel via identical Instagram posts.
“Thank you, Lord for today. ❤️ The gathering to celebrate with our loved ones will have to wait because we care more about everyone’s safety and health. ?,” they added.
The glowing bride wore an off-shoulder white dress while the groom looked dapper in a white and black suit ensemble.
The couple earlier announced that they were postponing their grand wedding amid the COVID-19 situation in the country. Their high-profile guest list would have included President Rodrigo Duterte, who is supposed to be one of the principal sponsors.
Their nuptials took place just a day before Metro Manila is placed under “community quarantine” to combat the spread of the coronavirus.
Richard, 36, and Sarah, 26, have been together for seven years, got engaged in 2017, and are parents of two boys (Zion and Kai).
