Liza Soberano spoke up on fake news, claiming that she has been “desperately begging” people via e-mail to buy her HKT Essentials products.
On Twitter, the actress dispelled the claims and asked those who have been spreading the allegations to stop.
“First of all, I don’t have an iCloud account. I use a Samsung phone, therefore my e-mails are all Google. Second, why would I e-mail individuals asking them to my products? I can just post on Instagram, Twitter or YouTube,” she wrote.
Liza defended her fellow business owners, stressing that there is nothing embarrassing about trying to sell their own products.
She explained: “As long as what you’re selling are of quality and you’re not scamming people go for it! Your hustle is your hustle, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.”
HKT Essentials is Liza and her longtime boyfriend Enrique Gil’s joint business. The two launched their “new normal” business of alcohol and sanitizers in February.
