Joshua Garcia and Ivana Alawi made netizens kilig following their latest interaction via a phone call.
On Wednesday, Joshua took on different challenges in ABS-CBN’s “Truth or Dare,” an interactive show which aims to raise funds for the victims of Typhoon Odette, via live streaming app Kumu.
Asked who was the female Kapamilya star he wanted to be textmates with, Joshua answered, “Si Ivana,” admitting that they already chatted a few months back.
“Pero hindi kami nagka-text ng matagal. Mas tawag, mas tawag ako kesa text eh. Pero ngayon, hindi pa kami nagka-text ulit,” explained the actor.
Joshua also chose Ivana as a girlfriend material in the totropahin or jojowain challenge, saying “Siyempre, Jojowain. I mean, c’mon, choosy ka pa ba?”
“Mabait, maganda, sexy, lahat sinabi na,” Joshua burst into laughter while describing the Kapamilya actress.
“Magiging choosy ka pa ba dun? Pero, hindi kasi lahat ng tao masasabi mong meant para maging magkarelasyon. Kasi may mga taong nakatadhana na ma-meet mo para lang maging kaibigan mo,” he explained.
Joshua also got to call Ivana on the phone and asked her if he was the “jojowain” or “totropahin” type for her.
Ivana playfully answered “secret” to the question. The actress previously mentioned in a YouTube vlog that she has a big crush on Joshua.
“Pagaling ka, bye-bye,” Joshua told Ivana as they ended the phone call. Ivana, along with her mother and brother, recently tested positive for COVID-19.
Clips of Joshua and Ivana’s exchange were uploaded on TikTok, and netizens just couldn’t get over the “kilig”.
