Charlene Gonzales recently revealed that she and her husband Aga Muhlach have both tested positive for COVID-19 while they are in the United States.
The actress shared that she tested negative in late December but isolated right away when she experienced symptoms. Early January, she and Aga both had symptoms when they tested positive for the virus.
“From then on, it was an up and down feeling of being sick & monitoring. One day your ok.. One day your not.. But we are so happy that we are making our path towards recovery,” she said.
On the same post, Charlene shared that her son Andres was with them when they caught the virus but tested negative.
“Andres tested negative in his PCR test, has no symptoms, was cleared by the doctor and was able to make it back to school safely in Spain. Andres is covid free,” she shared.
The former beauty queen said she and her husband will travel back home in the Philippines once they have recovered from COVID-19.
Meanwhile, Aga penned a special appreciation post for the Filipino medical professionals who assisted them while they battle the illness.
“It’s on and off this Covid battle. Ingat tayong lahat,” he said.
