Celebrity couple Barbie Imperial and Diego Loyzaga took a swipe at controversial social media personality Xian Gaza following cheating allegations he made against the actor.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, Xian alleged that Diego made visits to AJ Raval’s residence in Pampanga. Diego and AJ were co-stars in the Viva Film Death of a Girlfriend which aired earlier this year.
Barbie also became the talk of the town after getting dragged into Wil Dasovich and Alodia Gosiengfiao’s breakup following a blind item by Xian on Facebook.
The two, however, seemed to shrug off the speculations with both of them posting couple pics on Instagram.
Xian, nevertheless, furthered in a video posted on his Facebook account on Wednesday that Diego visiting AJ in Pampanga is “for real”, and only mentioned Barbie in his post as a bait.
“The reason behind my status is, it’s just a mere bait. Pain ko lang ito kasi alam ko dedepensahan at magrereak ’yong kanyang jowa.”
Barbie and Diego, meanwhile, didn’t back down and found a way to hit back at Xian by reacting to the promotional teasers for their upcoming film Dulo which bore the question: “Kailan niyo na-realize na wala nang pag-asa sa relasyon niyo?”.
“Nung nagpunta ako sa Pampanga… kasama si BIANCA,” said Diego in a Facebook post on Thursday.
Barbie, on the other hand, wrote in jest: “Na realize ko nung may scammer na naninira sa relasyon namin. Charot asa ka kami pa din hanggang DULO.”
