The Ang Probinsyano plans to level up its game as it continues its long run on Philippine television.

In a report by Pilipino Star Ngayon, main star Coco Martin confirmed that Hollywood stars will be joining the action-drama series as its next chapter unfolds in 2020.

Filming of the scenes will begin January next year, and will be shot in and out of the country.

Coco, who also serves as the director and creative head of the long-running ABS-CBN series, shared: “Sa susunod na taon, ang magiging kwento na natin ay ang kwento ng buong mundo.

His leading lady Yassi Pressman also shared some changes in the lives of her and Coco’s character in Ang Probinsyano, including having a child.

‘Yun din ang gusto naming ipakita, na solid kami as a family,” she said.

More than 430 guest actors and actresses have graced the TV series since its debut in September 2015.
