Just days after beauty queen Maggie Wilson announced her separation with her husband of 11 years Victor Consunji, she took to social media to assure her fans that she is staying strong.
In a social media post, the television host shared a portrait of her along with the quote: “What made her strong was despite the thing that hurt her she spoke of nothing, nothing but happiness.”
It was just this Tuesday when the 32-year-old announced her and her husband’s breakup through a statement on her Instagram page.
“Vic and I have made the difficult decision a while back to separate. It’s been challenging to say the least, but we want you to know that there is no animosity between us,” she wrote.
She shared that they remain good friends and partners as they share their 9-year-old son Connor.
“Both of us want nothing more than for each other to be happy. We’d like to ask for your kindness, understanding, love and support as we navigate this new chapter in our lives,” she ended.
The former couple tied the knot back in December 2010.
