Beloved ’90s stars Jolina Magdangal, Marvin Agustin, and Dominic Ochoa are set to reunite for an upcoming joint project.
The project was officially unveiled during the Kapatid network’s recent media conference, where the trio appeared together to announce the series.
According to media reports, the show is slated to premiere on Sept. 14 as a weekday morning program and is expected to run for three seasons.
Joining Magdangal, Agustin, and Ochoa in the cast are Susan Africa, Cedrick Juan, Roxanne Guinoo, Pearl Gonzales, and talents under TV5’s talent management arm, Star Worx, formerly known as MediaQuest Artists Agency.
Reports also revealed that Agustin will portray the wealthy owner of a school whose daughter will be played by one of Star Worx’s young artists.
Magdangal later confirmed the reunion in an Instagram post, sharing photos from the media conference and expressing her excitement about working with her former leading man and longtime co-star once again.
“Muli tayong magkakasama. Parang kailan lang, at heto na naman tayo. Excited na akong makasama ulit kayo, Labtim and Papa Dom. Ilan din ang nagawa nating tatlo na movie at soap. Let’s do this! Masaya ‘to!” she wrote.
Magdangal, Agustin, and Ochoa starred together in the hit 1996 youth-oriented series “Gimik,” and later reunited in the 1999 romantic-comedy film “Hey Babe!”
The upcoming TV5 project also marks another reunion for Magdangal and Agustin, who recently worked together in the 2025 romance-drama film “Ex Ex Lovers.”
