Every Juan has crowned their queen, and the verdict is in: Sheki Arzaga has officially reigned as “The Soloist You Stan the Most” in the P-pop “Pop Off” poll held from June 23 to July 14, 2025.
Garnering an astounding 22,027,037 votes and the admiration of fans nationwide, Sheki proved that her charm and artistry extend far beyond the stage.
What’s next for Sheki? Fresh from her victory, her win takes the spotlight outside the digital space with an eye-catching out-of-home (OOH) broadcast along Magallanes.
Sakuras, you did it! The video showcase entries celebrating the P-pop queen closed on July 22, 2025, and the love you poured into your submissions was nothing short of amazing.
One lucky Sakura is about to shine brighter taking home 5,000 Stars to use as voting points in the next JuanCast poll. As a bonus, this winner also earned the chance to have their work displayed at the Kalayaan Flyover in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Once hailed as the “Golden Ace” of MNL48 and vocal queen of the AKB48 Group, Sheki has carved a name for herself through talent, passion, and consistency. Beloved as center for three consecutive singles, she built a reputation for delivering powerhouse performances that left a lasting impact both on and off stage. She is currently managed by Hallo Hallo Entertainment and signed under Superball and Vernalossom.
Sheki’s journey began in December 2017 when she joined “Tawag ng Tanghalan,” where she became a one-time defending champion and first introduced her voice to a wider audience. In 2018, she entered the reality-survival show “MNL48: Idol That You Can Meet,” ranking first overall and making history as the group’s very first center girl.
Her official idol debut came on April 29, 2018, with MNL48’s first single album “Aitakatta” (Gustong Makita). She officially embarked on her solo career in December 2022 with the release of her first single, “Tell Me,” shortly after her graduation from the group.
While Sheki’s success has always been driven by her undeniable talent, this latest triumph proves that her greatest strength lies in the unwavering love of her fans.
