KC Concepcion just received a shoutout from Latin singer Shakira — and she has her “good friend” Black Eyed Peas’ Fil-Am member Apl.de.ap to thank for the surprise.
The actress-host on Saturday shared a clip of Shakira sending her well wishes for her online cooking show Kitchen Collabs.
“Hey KC. A little birdie told me that you like my music. Thank you so much. I wanted to say hi and congratulate you on your new show, your cooking show. I hope it goes really well, and I wish you the best of luck,” said Shakira and sent a flying kiss at the end of the video.
KC, on the other hand, thanked Shakira for her support and also gushed on the singer’s new single with Black Eyed Peas.
“Thank you for supporting my newfound quarantine passion, my fitspiration, immortal powerhouse woman, @shakira! ? Omg her Super Bowl performance was ?? and can’t wait for her new single Girl Like Me to drop alongside my @bep bros,” wrote KC in an Instagram post.
KC has previously been rumored to be dating Apl.de.ap but she has maintained that she’s single.
She recently had actor-chef Marvin Agustin as her guest in her online cooking show.
