Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto is willing to portray a mistress role in the future.
The 23-year-old star made the revelation during a virtual interview with hosts MJ Felipe and Bianca Gonzalez in PopCinema.
Julia was first asked where she would want to teleport. She answered “Korea”, explaining that she’s been a “fan of everything Korean”.
The actress went on to gush at the hit K-drama A World of Married Couple and K-pop girl group Blackpink.
The World of Married revolves around the story of a married couple played by Ji Sun-woo and Park Hae-jun who had a relationship crisis, after the former’s character finds out about her husband’s love affair.
“A World of the Married Couple, if you guys have seen that, it’s one of the best in the world, “ exclaimed Julia.
The actress then revealed that she would like to try her hand at playing the character of Da Kyung, the young mistress in the series played by Han So Hee.
“I wanna do something like that… What I wanna be, Da Kyung, the young girl. If you’ve seen it, you would know. She’s the young girl there, she’s so pretty,” she said.
A World of Married Couple, which first aired on JTBC, is currently streaming on Netflix.
