Are Rob Gomez and Shaila Rebortera rekindling their romance?
The Kapuso actor recently shared an Instagram update seemingly hinting at reconciliation with the former beauty queen.
His post contained a series of snapshots of him and Shaila, as well as their baby daughter, Amelia.
The caption read, “Loving louder,” written along with the megaphone, heart, and fire emojis.
In one photo, Rob appeared cozy with the Miss Multinational Philippines 2021 as she held up her ring finger.
It can be recalled that the relationship between Rob and Shaila became controversial after Rob claimed in an interview that he was single, which was later on disputed by Shaila’s admission that they were together.
Following this, the Magandang Dilag actor apologized for lying about his relationship status and addressed the issue in an Instagram post.
He wrote to the mother of his child and their daughter, “You are not an option for me to lose. I can’t wait to have you both back in my arms.”
In an interview with PEP, Rob shared that he is currently “working” on mending his relationship with Shaila. He also expressed his plans to take her and Amelia overseas for some “quality family time”.
After working with beauty queen-actress Herlene Budol in Magandang Dilag, Gomez currently stars in GMA’s latest TV series, Lovers/Liars, alongside Claudine Barretto, Polo Ravales, and Shaira Diaz.
