Dani Barretto and her husband Xavi Panlilio took to social media to mourn the passing of their fur baby for seven years, Finn.
The celebrity couple both penned their special message for Xavi’s longtime pet pal, who “defied odds” after being told he would only live for a few years.
“7 years ago, before Dani and Millie it was you. You were all I had. When I was down and out and I was spiralling out of control it was you who was by my side,” Xavi wrote on an Instagram post.
In his lengthy message, the celebrity dad thanked his pet Finn for witnessing how he was able to grow with his wife and their daughter Millie.
“Your medical conditions really made me focus on your healing not knowing that the process of your healing was the beginning of mine,” he said.
Meanwhile, Dani promised their fur baby that she and her daughter Millie will take care of his dad.
“We are gonna miss you so much. We already do. Our bond over french fries will never change. I’ll still and will always save a piece for you,” she wrote.
