Fans are “freaking out” after Joshua Garcia caught the attention of the “Queen of Rap” Nicki Minaj with his TikTok dance video.
The Kapamilya actor on Wednesday uploaded a video of himself grooving to a remix of Nicki’s latest single Super Freaky Girl and Gwen Stefani’s Luxurious, while on his Switzerland trip.
As usual, fans trooped to the comments section to gush over Joshua, but were surprised to spot Nicki dropping heart eyes emoji, among the thousands of commenters.
Joshua has since liked and pinned Nicki’s comment in the video which has garnederd 18 million views and three million likes, as of writing.
Fans also shared hilarious reactions over Nicki gracing the comments section of Joshua’s TikTok account.
“Umabot na kay mareng Nicki kagwapuhan mo Joshua,” said a TikTok user.
“Walang pila pila si Ate mo Nicki???,” another said in jest.
“Lagot Bella, tinapos na ni Madam [Nicki Minaj] ang laban,” a fan joked while referring to TikTok superstar and singer Bella Poarch, who’s been occasionally commenting on Joshua’s social media posts, and a self-confessed admirer of the actor.
Popular parody account on Facebook, Senyora, also poked fun at Nicki liking the video, writing: “Hindi ka pala patas lumaban Nicki Minaj! Sinamantala mo pagtulog namin!!”
Joshua, who currently has seven million followers on the popular video-sharing platform was named Tiktok Celebrity of the Year alongside Vice Ganda at the 2022 TikTok awards show last month.
