The actress wowed her fans on Instagram when she shared these snaps of herself surrounded by flowers and photographed by Dookie Ducay.
“Today, I woke up with a grateful heart, thanking him for giving another year to live, love and to cherish. Thank you for all the people who remembered me today from the people close to my heart, my family, friends, co-workers, supporters. It’s just been half day and yet I’ve been showered by unconditional love around me,” she wrote along with her photos.
Kim then expressed her gratitude for the gift of life and the experiences she had in the past year.
The birthday girl was also prepared with a fun video from her shoot to mark her special day.
Meanwhile, Kim’s longtime boyfriend Xian Lim compiled their best moments together and penned the sweetest message for her.
