Netizens were moved to tears after Claudine Barretto shared a video of her reuniting with former brother-in-law Dennis Padilla.
On Instagram, Claudine posted the said video showing her giving Dennis a tight hug, as she expressed how much she missed him.
“I missed you kuya,” Claudine said as she planted kisses on Dennis’ cheek.
Dennis, on the other hand, was seen getting teary-eyed.
“I missed you too, it’s okay,” said the actor.
Claudine’s daughter Sabina also joined her mom in giving the actor an embrace.
“With my kuya! I love you so much my kuya,” read Claudine’s caption alongside heart emojis.
Dennis was invited over by Claudine for the baptism of her youngest child Noah and daughter Quia who recently turned eight years old.
Netizens, in the comments section, couldn’t help but be touched with the two’s emotional reunion.

Others, meanwhile, hoped for a reconciliation between Dennis and his estranged kids with ex-wife Marjorie Barretto — Julia, Claudia, and Leon.

It can be recalled that Claudine called out Dennis in September last year for lashing out on his children on social media.
“@dennisastig Kuya tama na! Tumigil ka na pls! Sumusobra ka na! Maawa ka sa mga bata. Pls stop! Mag usap tayo,” Claudine said in a deted Instagram post.
Claudine’s remark came after Dennis reacted negatively to Julia’s remarks about their current relationship in an interview with broadcast journalist Karen Davila.
