As she marks the end of 2022, Maggie Wilson promised herself one thing.
The former pageant queen took to social media to open up to her fans on how the year 2023 is going to be different for her.
“2022, you were tough. I cried the most I’ve ever cried this year. You had me on the floor. There were many times I wanted to give up. I faked a smile on so many days I felt sad. I don’t wish that on anyone, even those who hurt me the most,” she started.
She then shared how she promised herself to take control of her mental and emotional well-being this year.
Maggie added: “I am constantly laying down more boundaries where I see fit while learning. I previously gave so much of myself away to people who don’t deserve it.”
The 33-year-old opened up that she will no longer let people “walk all over” her now that she has changed.
“To the family, friends and people who have shown me love, compassion and given me support, appreciate you. Thank you,” she ended.
Maggie made headlines this year after her separation with her husband Victor Consunji. Back in August, the entrepreneur revealed the details on her ex-husband’s alleged affair.
