Stand-up comedian Alex Calleja humored netizens when he shared a parody of him getting “snubbed” by volleyball player-turned TV host Gretchen Ho.
On Twitter, Alex shared a video of him calling out Gretchen as he saw her in the hallway, but the latter only moved past him without any acknowledgment.
“Gretchen, Gretchen kahit kaway lang Gretchen Ho! Gretchen Ho, Bakit siya ganun,” said Alex in the video with his voice turning shaky.
“Ang tagal kong naghintay dito eh,” he continued, pretending to get emotional.
“Nagulat ako kasi hindi man lang ako pinansin ni Gretchen Ho Kahit kaway o hello man lang!,” Alex wrote as caption, followed by the hashtag #MayManiniwalaDitoPustahan.
Gretchen, a former Ateneo Lady Eagles player, meanwhile, retweeted the video and reasoned out, “Naka airpods ako (peace sign emoji) @alexcalleja1007.”
Alex shared the video amid the issue of fans allegedly snubbed by a group of professional volleyball players while on a short vacation.
