On social media, the former Miss World Philippines shared a stunning photo of her wading the water in her swimsuit.
“Water birth training,” she wrote in the caption.
Katarina’s stunning underwater photo was shot by Siargao-based photographer Bren.
It was in August when the 29-year-old announced that she is pregnant with her first child with non-showbiz boyfriend Niño Barbers.
She revealed her pregnancy in a vlog where she took a pregnancy test after missing her period for nine months.
