Kapamilya sweethearts Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, popularly known as KathNiel, are surely couple goals!
The on and off screen couple seems like they are really gearing up for a great future together as they opened their newest joint business called Barbero Blues at the SM North Edsa The Block.
In an interview with the media, KathNiel shared that it is part of their goals as partners to venture into business.
The couple also disclosed that they are starting to invest for their future.
“Yes, future naming dalawa. Para lang aside sa trabaho, may business na… habang bata pa nagsimula,” Kathryn stated.
“Plano naman natin syempre mag-expand pa, more businesses diba. At syempre hindi naman habang buhay mag-aartista kaming dalawa. Darating ang panahon na gusto na lang naming mag-relax, mag-settle, ayun naghahanda lang tayo.
In an ABS-CBN interview, the two shared how they came up with the barber shop business.
“Kasi may KathNails na which kini-cater mostly is women… (Ito) pang mga erpat… for the boys. Matagal na rin naman kasi kaming nag-iisip ng shop na pwede naming gawin, and ito pasok sa personalidad namin,” Daniel explained.
“Actually, si mama talaga. Siya yung nag-lead nito kung paano kami nagkaroon ng barber shop and all. Kasi nga, like what he said parang na-cater na namin ang mga girls with the nail salon. Sakto na habang nagpapa-nails ang asawa mo, nandito naman ang mga guys,” Kathryn added.
Barbero Blues got its perfect spot since it’s just a few steps away from Kathryn’s nail salon called Kathnails.
The new barber shop business is also a collaboration with some family members of KathNiel.
Another branch of Barbero Blues is set to open at SM Fairview in November.
