Luxury retail company Louis Vuitton has reached out to Regine Velasquez after the singer shared her experience of discrimination at the brand’s New York store in her vlog last October 2.
According to the talk show Tonight With Boy Abunda (TBWA), the French fashion house sent Regine flowers after she disclosed the incident online.
“Pagdating ko doon, sa pintuan pa lang di na ako pinapasok, sabi niya, ‘No, I don’t think we have your size’ tsaka nakaharang talaga siya dun,” she shared on TWBA.
Regine guested on the show with Sharon Cuneta to promote their October 18 concert.
“Ayon sa management ni Regine, nagpadala ang Louis Vuitton ng mga bulaklak sa Songbird, in response to her revelation about her shopping experience at an LV store in New York,” the show said.
