Longtime friends and veteran hosts Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino are coming back together on television after 11 years for a special two-part episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.”
GMA Network previously teased their reunion in a post featuring a black-and-yellow chair with the words, “The King and Queen are back.”
On Wednesday, Oct. 21, Abunda officially confirmed the reunion by sharing a teaser for the upcoming special, which features him and Aquino in a personal conversation.
“Kris and I are definitely back,” Boy said, noting it would be their first onscreen appearance together since the end of their program “Aquino & Abunda Tonight”.
The two-part episode will be part of Abunda’s week-long birthday celebration on the show, with the veteran hosts set to discuss their lives, Kris’ health, her resolve to live, her sons, Josh and Bimby, as well as her love life and political opinions.
“We also talked about many possibilities about what we can do together, abangan niyo,” the host shared.
“Ang mapapanood niyo ay ang Kris Aquino na na-miss nating lahat — ang Kris na masigla, puno ng buhay, walang tinatago, at napakatotoo,” he added.
The two-part episode will air on Oct. 28 and 29, 2026.
