TV host Kuya Kim Atienza moved netizens after sharing a look into his late daughter Emman’s room and cherished belongings, which have remained preserved since her passing in October 2025.
On his social media pages, Atienza posted a series of photos showing her bedroom exactly as she had left it. The room remains filled with her treasured belongings, offering their family a reminder of her life and memories.
Among the images were snapshots of her bed, clothes, desk, accomplishments, family and friends’ photos, plush toys, and a whiteboard bearing what appeared to be Emman’s handwritten notes. Atienza also shared a photo of himself holding a picture of him and his daughter.
In the caption, the television host reflected on how he continues to feel close to Emman by spending quiet moments in her room.
“Your room is the way you left it, love. I spend time here, feeling your energy, spending quiet time. You are forever in my heart, dearest daughter, and your advocacy lives,” the TV broadcaster wrote.
His emotional post drew support from fellow celebrities and netizens, many of whom offered prayers and words of comfort.
Actress Isabelle De Leon expressed her sympathy, writing, “Oh my heart… My room looks so similar with hers… the photobooth pics, the clothes, the plushies… Mahigpit na yakap po sa inyo, Kuya Kim.”
Education Secretary Sonny Angara also extended his condolences, commenting, “Prayers for all of you, Kim.”
Another netizen wrote, “My heart grieves with yours. No parent should experience the loss of their child.”
Emman, born Emmanuelle Atienza in 2006, was the youngest daughter of Atienza and his wife, Felicia. She passed away in October 2025 at the age of 19.
