Ipinagtanggol ni Miss Philippines Earth 2025 Joy Barcoma ang newly-crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2026 na si Bea Millan-Windorski laban sa mga bashers nito.
Sa isang post ni Barcoma sa social media platform na X, sinabi niyang hindi umano “opportunist” si Windorski, taliwas sa mga sinasabi ng mga bashers nito.

She literally asked me where she can join protests. SHE RALLIED WITH & FOR FILIPINOS. Dont ever question her pagka-“Pilipino” dahil mas Pilipino pa sya kaysa mga pinanganak at tumira sa Pinas pero hindi man lang kayang bumoses at ipaglaban ang bansa.
“[Bea Millan-Windorski] is not an opportunist!” wika ni Barcoma.
Ayon sa kanya, personal umanong nagtanong si Windorski kung saan pwedeng sumali ng mga protesta laban sa korapsyon.
“She literally asked me where she can join protests. She rallied with and for Filipinos. Don’t ever question her pagka-‘Pilipino’ dahil mas Pilipino pa siya kaysa mga pinanganak at tumira sa Pinas pero hindi man lang kayang bumoses at ipaglaban ang bansa,” pahayag ni Barcoma.
Maliban sa rally laban sa korapsyon, spotted din si Bea na nakiisa sa rally noong September 2025 para naman sa mga ghost flood control projects.
“The issues of corruption and ghost flood control projects not only have political ramifications, but also environmental. As the Philippines faces supercharged typhoon seasons, climate adaption is not just policy— its survival. Every peso misallocated, every flood control project constructed with substandard materials is a livelihood impacted, a home lost, and a family displaced,” saad ni Windorski sa isang Instagram post.
“It was a defining moment of my life to join hand in hand with my kabaybayan to call for transparency, accountability, and reform,” dagdag pa niya.
Kilala si Windorski sa kanyang mga advocacies laban sa corruption, migrant workers, at mga epekto ng climate change.
Matatandaan na kinoronahan siya bilang Miss Universe Philippines 2026 nito lamang May 2.
