Actor and comedian Nikko Natividad made light of the complaint filed against him and his wife, Cielo Mae, by their former household helper on Senator Raffy Tulfo’s program.
In a Facebook post, the former Hashtag member joked about the situation, writing, “HINDI ko akalaing darating ang time na matu-TULFO ako!”
“Wala man akong TV guesting, na-guest naman ako sa (Tulfo),” he added.
The issue stemmed from Nikko’s January 9 Facebook post about their former yaya, Mary Ann Baginan, who allegedly failed to return after borrowing ₱44,000 as an advance for four months’ service. Nikko said he shared the post purely to clarify that Mary Ann was no longer connected to their family.
Mary Ann left the Natividad household on December 23, 2025, promising to return on January 3, 2026, while Nikko, his wife, and their child were on vacation in Japan from December 27 to January 5. According to Nikko, Mary Ann initially explained she needed to fix a barangay issue after allegedly being accused by a barangay captain of drug-related activities. However, Nikko claimed she later stopped responding to calls and messages.
In his now-viral post, Nikko wrote: “Pinost ko ’to hindi para mabalik yung pera… Pinost ko ’to para awareness na hindi na sya related sa amin.” He even added humor, quipping, “NAGTAMPO YATA HINDI KO KASI PINATAPOS KANTAHIN YUNG KITCHIE NADAL MEDLEY,” referring to a viral video of Mary Ann singing karaoke.
He also shared a message he sent to Mary Ann: “Kung may personal kang problema sana nag thankyou ka man lang para magaan sa loob ko.”
Following the post, Mary Ann went to Raffy Tulfo’s program to complain about Nikko and his wife. The matter, however, was resolved immediately on the spot.
After the issue was settled, Nikko continued to poke fun at the situation through Facebook shoutouts, joking about people recognizing him more for his Tulfo appearance than his projects.
