TV host-actress Maja Salvador is back to work after her hiatus as she focused on taking care of her daughter, Maria.
During the “Emojination” Season 5 media launch last May 8, 2025, Maja happily shared her experience in filming her comeback show with Chamy and Chad.
“Super excited! Syempre humingi muna ako ng konting palugid. Para medyo tanggal manas! Syempre sa comeback ko naman gusto ko, fresh!” she said when asked about how it feels to be back on TV.
Maja said she is currently juggling her time at work while being a hands-on mom for Maria, sharing that most of the time she brings her daughter on set.
“At the same time, mapagbigyan nila ako na gusto ko rin magtrabaho. Ang pagiging isang ina, walang pwedeng pumalit doon,” she said.
Maja also revealed that she wants to enjoy life with Maria before planning for baby number 2 with husband Rambo Nuñez.
“Huwag na muna! Gusto ko pa mas mag-bonding pa kami ni Maria. Gusto ko alagaan pa ‘yung anak ko,” she said while teasing about filming more seasons of “Emojination” before having another baby.
In a separate exclusive interview with The Philippine STAR/LatestChika.com, Maja also opened up about her life as a first-time mom, describing her motherhood journey as “challenging but worth it.”
“Challenging pero worth it. Gusto ko lang mahalin, gusto lang alagaan ‘yung anak ko ngayon, wala nang iba pa. ‘Yun ang best gift ever, ang maging isang mommy ako,” she noted.
“Emojination” Season 5 airs on TV5 every Saturday 5:30 PM with a same-day catch-up on BuKo Channel at 8:00 PM. The show premiered on May 17, 2025.
