Chito Miranda took to social media to share good vibes as he looked back on how his relationship with his wife Neri Naig started.
On Instagram, the Parokya ni Edgar frontman penned how he is most thankful for the moment he gathered the courage to reach out to Neri on Twitter.
“I have so many things to be thankful for (my family, my friends, my band, etc…), pero isa sa pinaka-thankful ako for sa buong buhay ko, is yung fact na nagpa-cute at nilandi ko si Neri Naig sa Twitter hehe,” Chito wrote.
“Dun nagsimula ang lahat,” he said.
The singer said now that they are husband and wife, their online meet cute was “absolutely the best thing that has ever happened in his life.”
He then encouraged his 1.3 million followers on the platform to be fearless in taking chances, just like he did.
“Kaya ikaw, wag na wag kang matatakot mag-take ng chance… because if you don’t, someone else will,” he said.
Early September, Chito composed a special birthday song for Neri’s 35th birthday. The soft ballad, Smile, affirmed his admiration for his wife.
Smile was recently released on Spotify, iTunes and Amazon.
“Nakakatuwa kasi hindi naman sya single pero andaming naka-appreciate ng song… so ayan na po,” he said.
