In the presence of the new hosts of the revamped Eat Bulaga, this contestant, whether unintentional or not, thanked original hosts Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey De Leon for his cash prize.
In the Tuesday episode of noontime show’s G sa Gedli segment where they would go out of the EB studio to surprise passersby with cash prizes, one e-trike driver was lucky to receive P10,000 cash from hosts former Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Buboy Villar.
“May tulong sa’yo ang Eat Bulaga…anong masasabi mo sa Eat Bulaga?,” Isko asked.
“Maraming maraming salamat po sa Eat Bulaga lalo na kela Tito, Vic, and Joey,” said the driver, referring to the iconic trio TVJ.
Isko, meanwhile, was quick to said in response: “Oh ‘yun. Tito, Vic, and Joey, mga nakasama natin nung araw, hinding-hindi natin malilimutan. Pero ngayon, ang bagong Eat Bulaga lagi mo ba kaming sasamahan?”
“Opo, lagi po kaming nanunuod ng pamilya ko,” said the contestant, receiving an additional P3,000 cash from the host.
Isko recently joined Eat Bulaga’s new set of hosts alongside Buboy, Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, Alexa Miro, and twins, Cassy and Mavy Legaspi, following the exit of TVJ from producer company TAPE, Inc. last May 31.
TVJ, along with other fellow Dabarkads hosts, are expected to make their TV comeback on TV5 network.
