It appears that Robin Padilla is not yet done with his tirades amid ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal issue, after seemingly throwing shade at Ang Probinsyano lead actor and director Coco Martin in his reaction to an online comment.
The 50-year-old actor responded to a netizen who told him to follow Coco’s example of extending help to other actors and giving them jobs instead of criticizing the Kapamilya network.
Robin replied that he’s been there and done that.
He then brought up what Coco allegedly did to crew members who fell asleep out of fatigue and a female location manager.
He also mentioned that actor John Lloyd Cruz was just like him who had lost interest in showbiz.
The netizen replied and assumed that Robin harbors hard feelings toward the Ang Probinsiyano actor.
Peace be with you.”
As of writing, Coco has not reacted to Robin’s statements.
In another reply to the same commenter, Robin spoke of how ABS-CBN is earning money, but is supposedly not giving a fair share of the income generated from various platforms to its actors and crew.
Meron pa ngayon silang tv plus, i wanttv, kbo at kung ano ano pa,” he said.
Last week, Robin apologized for his rants against the media giant that’s facing a franchise renewal crisis, and other TV networks, saying that he just got carried away by his emotions.
