Ipapalabas na nila ang pelikulang The Heiress starring Maricel Soriano and Janella Salvador with McCoy de Leon and Jane de Leon directed by Frasco Mortiz.
Intended for 45th MMFF ang The Heiress but sadly, hindi ito nakasama sa four additional official entries na nagkaroon ng announcement kanina (October 16).

Nauna nang napili ang four official entries base sa script: Ang Miracle Cell #7 starring Aga Muhlach and Bela Padilla, directed by Nuel Naval Mission; Unstapabol starring Vic Sotto and Maine Mendoza, directed by Linnet Zurbano; The Mall The Merrier starring Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis, directed by Barry Gonzales; at Sunod (replacement of Kampon ni Kris Aquino) starring Carmina Villaroel and Mylene Dizon, directed by Carlo Ledesma.
At kanina nga ay napili na ang kukumpleto sa eight official entries (finished films). Magsisimulang mapanood ang walong pelikulang kasali sa 45th MMFF sa December 25. Kabilang dito ang Dobol Trobol starring Coco Martin, Ai-Ai Delas Alas and Jennylyn Mercado, directed by Rodel Nacianceno (Coco); Mindanao starring Judy Ann Santos and Allen Dizon, directed by Brillante Mendoza; Culion starring Iza Calzado, Jasmine Curtis Smith and Meryll Soriano, and directed by Alvin Yapan; and Right Above Love starring Yeng Constantino, Rocco Nacino, Joem Bascon and Miles Ocampo, directed by Crisanto Aquino.
