Sa episode ng no. 1 digital talk show na Take It…

Ayon sa www.mayoclinic.org, “Knee replacement surgery — also known as knee arthroplasty — can help relieve pain and restore function in severely diseased knee joints. The procedure involves cutting away damaged bone and cartilage from your thighbone, shinbone and kneecap and replacing it with an artificial joint (prosthesis) made of metal alloys, high-grade plastics and polymers.

“In determining whether a knee replacement is right for you, an orthopedic surgeon assesses your knee’s range of motion, stability and strength. X-rays help determine the extent of damage.

“Your doctor can choose from a variety of knee replacement prostheses and surgical techniques, considering your age, weight, activity level, knee size and shape, and overall health.”

Kasabay ng launching ng kanyang music video for his hit single Catching Feelings in the United States, ay ang kanyang performance during the Los Angeles Clippers’ Filipino Heritage Night three days ago.

Yes, the pop star premiered the music video at the LA Clippers vs. Oklahoma City Thunders game na ginanap sa legendary Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, where he sang the summery island-pop track na mabilis sumikat.

“I was 7 years old when I first saw the Staples Center in person. From that night I would literally say ‘I will perform in there One Day’ everytime I passed by it.

“I knew it was near impossible but I repeatedly declared it a thousand times. After 10 years, I moved back to the Philippines, and I passed by it again on the way to the airport leaving for Manila. I said, ‘Imma be back for you.’ I’ve grown to love and appreciate my homeland, language and heritage deeply after moving back.

“I’m 22 now, and one of my personal goals as an artist is to be able to be part of that Generation that is able to bring OPM to the World Stage.

“I knew that I would forever be singing Tagalog songs still anywhere I go.

“7 to 22 … I did not think this whole thing would happen. I dreamt of performing at Staples Center and being able to share the music from my homeland… It was a dream… Performed at Staples Center in celebration of Filipino Heritage Night for the Halftime of an NBA Game.

“I wanna thank the @laclippers and everyone who was part of making this night happen.

The Catching Feelings music was premiered earlier on MYX Philippines and on Tarsier Records’ YouTube channel.
