SOURCE MUSIC, the label behind K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM, is inviting aspiring male artists from around the world to take their shot at joining its first global boy group.
In a press release dated January 6, the agency announced its first-ever global audition for male trainees, aiming to form a new boy band.
“Founded on the belief that ‘music with a clear source and reason can truly resonate with the listener’s emotions,’ SOURCE MUSIC has built a strong reputation as a label with proven production and management capabilities. The label is now looking to extend its production and management expertise to male talent,” read the label’s announcement.
Titled “SOURCE MUSIC 2026 Global Boy Audition”, the program runs from January 5 to January 25 and is open to male applicants born in 2008 or later, with no restrictions on nationality or residence.
Interested participants may apply through online submission via the official SOURCE MUSIC audition website, where they can showcase their abilities in vocals, rap, dance, or any format that best highlights their individuality and talent.
SOURCE MUSIC is a subsidiary of HYBE Labels, the K-pop powerhouse behind global acts such as BTS, SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, NewJeans, TXT, KATSEYE, and ILLIT. The audition marks the first time the agency has globally recruited male trainees, following its successful production of internationally acclaimed girl groups GFRIEND and LE SSERAFIM.
