Pledis Entertainment, inanunsyo na nakatakda nang mag-enlist ang SEVENTEEN member na si Wonwoo sa April 3.
“We would like to share the news that WONWOO of SEVENTEEN will be starting his mandatory military service from April 3 this year,” saad ng Pledis Entertainment sa statement na kanilang inilabas ngayong araw, March 5.

Kasabay nito, inanunsyo rin ng nasabing talent agency na hindi na makakapag-participate si Wonwoo sa upcoming activities ng SEVENTEEN simula April.
“As such, he will not be able to attend any of SEVENTEEN’s engagements after his enlistment, including the upcoming Tecate Pa’l Norte 2025 festival and Japan fanmeeting in April,” wika nito.
“As announced before, WONWOO will be participating in the ‘SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND’ concert as scheduled from March 20 to 21 and will be appearing in various pre-recorded content,” dagdag pa nito.
Si Wonwoo ang ikalawang SEVENTEEN member na mag-e-enlist, kasunod ni Jeonghan na pumasok naman sa military noong September 2024.
Matatandaan na nag-release ng solo album si Wonwoo at Jeonghan na “JxW” noong June 2024.
