Former beauty queen Shaila Rebortera deletes posts alluding to alleged ‘physical abuse’ from Rob Gomez

-

Former Miss Multinational Philippines 2021 and Miss Millennial Philippines 2018 Shaila Rebortera uploaded concerning photos of a bruised arm on her social media accounts, Cebu-based newspaper The Freeman reported.

The Freeman is a sister publication of The Philippine Star.

The now-deleted photos were screengrabbed by a source from the former Cebuana beauty queen’s Facebook and Instagram posts.

In one of the deleted posts, Kapuso actor Rob Gomez’s IG handle was directly mentioned in an IG story along with an intriguing caption: “It’s just social media. I’m just protecting my career. Let the show stay number one.”

The allegations against Rob were also fueled by a few comments under Shaila’s latest post where a fellow beauty queen expressed her sympathy for her.

It can be recalled that Shaila recently disclosed on her social media pages that she is the mother of an eight-month-old baby, Amelia, whose father is Rob. The actor was directly tagged in her post which showed their photos together with Baby Amelia.

The revelation took many by surprise as the actor made an admission that he was single on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda last week after being questioned about his on-screen partner and beauty queen Herlene Budol in GMA’s afternoon series Magandang Dilag, following Shaila’s revelation.

The Kapuso series, according to a report, has claimed the top spot in the afternoon primetime battle for supremacy, beating GMA’s hospital drama series Abot Kamay Ang Pangarap.

As of writing, Rob, Shaila, and GMA7 have yet to issue any statement related to the deleted posts.
