Sam Milby has addressed speculations that he and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray are already married.
The singer-actor who’s set to star in an upcoming horror film with Judy Ann Santos, laughed off rumors that he and Catriona have tied the knot.
“It was just funny when that came out, obviously dahil sa post ni Cat na wala namang sinabi about the wedding,” Sam said, referring to his girlfriend’s previous Instagram post in December about her being the “happiest”.
The said Instagram post showed a glimpse of Catriona and Sam’s picnic by the beach in Australia.
Sam also recalled that one social media post which announced Catriona as a Miss Universe pageant co-host and addressed the beauty queen as “Mrs. Milby”.
“So they connected and they thought na kasal na kami which is not true. Hindi pa kami kasal. Assumptions lang ng mga tao,” he explained.
Admitting that they’ve been talking about wedding plans, Sam also answered in the affirmative when asked if Catriona is “The One” for him.
“Yes. I do believe so,” he said.
The couple first made their relationship public in May 2020.
